At Meister, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
